Q:   Where are you based and can I visit your shop to try something on ?
A:    We are based in Kingsteignton, Devon. Please call us to check current opening hours.

Q:   Are the photos of the item I am buying, or are they stock photos?
A:   Our item photos are of the actual item for sale at the time.

Q:   Can I return something if it doesn't fit
A:   Yes you can, please refer to our Return Policy in the top right corner of the main page

Q:    If I buy something that is described as 'Used', what condition will it be in?
A:    All items are checked carefully to make sure that zips and fasteners work correctly. We also check for any major wear, damage or other faults and if found, these will be pointed out in the description details.

Q:   Will I need to clean the suit before I can use it?
A:    No. All items are cleaned following manufacturers instructions before shipping. We use specialist cleaners and proofing agents to ensure your garment is ready to wear.
Note: Road grime and grease stains can cause permanent staining on lighter coloured garments which we are unable to remove. These will be shown in the detailed description.

Q:   My jacket zip has broken. Do you offer a repair service?
A:   Yes. Please call or email  and we will be happy to quote for most types of repairs.  If possible, please include a photo if emailing
